Katra Taxi Package

Katra exists almost entirely for one reason, the Vaishno Devi yatra, and most travellers passing through are focused on getting to the registration point without wasting time or energy they would rather save for the climb. This package is built around that single purpose, plus the practical bits around it that pilgrims actually need.

The drive from Jammu to Katra takes around an hour and a half on a good day, longer if the highway is busy during peak yatra season. We keep vehicles ready at set pickup points so an early departure does not turn into a long wait at the roadside.

Once you reach Katra, we drop you right at the base camp or the Tryanha Marg entry point, close enough that you are not adding an unnecessary walk before the walk that actually matters begins.

If your trip continues onward into the Kashmir valley after the yatra, we arrange that leg as part of the same booking, so there is no separate driver to coordinate once you are back down from the shrine.
