About This Package

Once a group crosses seven or eight people, the math around vehicles gets messy fast. Two SUVs means two drivers, two sets of pickup timings, and someone inevitably waiting at the wrong gate while a phone call sorts it out. A Tempo Traveller solves that in one move, everyone in one vehicle, one driver, one pickup point.

We run both a 12 seater and a 17 seater, so the choice usually comes down to your actual headcount rather than guessing which size fits. Both are built for longer journeys, with proper seating rather than benches squeezed in to hit a number.

Extended families travelling together, wedding parties, friend groups on a big trip, and pilgrims heading toward Katra as one unit are our most common bookings for this vehicle class. It keeps everyone together for the whole trip, meals, photo stops and all.

Duration is entirely up to you. Book a Tempo Traveller for a single day event, an airport pickup for a large party, or a full multi day circuit. Tell us your group size and dates and we will confirm availability.

The best service ever received! They helped in planning the trip. Offered lots of good options for hotel and house boat at discounted rate. They were available every time for the queries. The driver was polite and helpful. The vehicle was in good condition. The driver was very knowledgeable about all good places — be it eating points, or important shops like places where original cricket bats are made, where we can get original dry fruits, pashmina shawl etc. Unlike other travel packages using this provided us the complete flexibility of doing changes and checking out new places. We could call them at night 9pm and they were responsive. They made this family trip with parents, a completely wonderful experience! Must recommend!

How many people and bags can a 17 seater Tempo Traveller actually fit comfortably?

Comfortably, around 14 to 15 passengers with regular luggage. It technically seats 17, but a full count with full sized bags means some luggage travels in a second small vehicle or on a roof carrier.

Can a Tempo Traveller handle the drive to Gulmarg or Pahalgam?

Yes, our drivers are experienced on these routes with larger vehicles, though travel time runs a little longer than in a sedan or SUV on the winding stretches.

Do you provide pickup directly from Srinagar or Jammu airport?

Yes, pickup from either airport or the respective railway station is included as the starting point for Tempo Traveller bookings.
